Hydrotech Reverse Osmosis Membranes

Hydrotech membranes are available in both thin film composite (TFC) and cellulose triacetate (CTA) materials with permeate flow rates up to 75 gallons per day. All of these membranes are the same size, so it is important to identify which membrane your reverse osmosis system requires. Here’s how:

Identify the color of the tape wrapped around your membrane.
TFC membranes have yellow or green wrap.
CTA membranes have blue tape.
The colored tape on both the TFC and CTA identify the permeate flow rate.
