SHIPPING POLICY
STANDARD SHIPPING & EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on your order’s weight, location, and selected shipping option. We strive to ship orders quickly, with expedited orders (Next Day Air or 2 Day) going out the same business day if placed before 4:30PM EST. We use UPS and USPS as carriers, and transit times are based on business days, excluding weekends. Please note that holiday schedules may affect transit times and delays are expected between Thanksgiving and New Years.
If you experience issues with receiving packages through USPS please be sure to include your PO BOX or select ground shipping to ensure there are no issues receiving your shipment.

Do you offer drop shipping
We offer a drop shipping service with a blind-label option for a nominal fee. Please call 864.284.1801 if you are interested.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, please note that duties and taxes do apply to all international shipping orders.
What orders qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on most orders over $89. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) and ships via the most cost-effective method. Please use a PO Box if you can't receive UPS deliveries.
Oversize/overweight items, orders over 50 lbs, and select brands may be excluded.
How are overweight items shipped?
Additional shipping fees may apply for large or heavy items like calcite bags, tanks, UV systems, commercial RO systems, whole house pumps, water coolers, and more. Contact us for questions on orders over 150 lbs.
What is your holiday shipping schedule?
Our office and warehouses will be closed on the following holidays, and shipments will resume the next business day:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
*If a holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed the following business day.
What should I do if an address change is needed after an order has shipped?
If an address change is needed after shipment, a minimum fee of $25 will apply. For expedited shipments, the fee is based on the UPS rate. Address changes cannot be made for international or USPS shipments.
