General Return Policy:
Return Window: We accept returns on most items up to 30 days after your order is delivered unless noted in our return exceptions below.

If approved, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with additional instructions.

Return Exceptions:
- Used Items: Items that have been used are not eligible for return.
- Defective Items: Defective items must be handled through our Warranty Department. Please see our Defective Items clause for additional information.
- Returns After 30 Days: Returns requested after the 30-day window are subject to a restocking fee.
Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 15 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
