The DMC-2000S LCD Radiation Detector Monitor and Geiger Counter is a user- friendly personal electronic dosimeter that is compact, light weight, and is waterproof to 3 meters. The DMC-2000S detects X-ray and gamma radiation from 50 keV to 6 Mev and measures both the dose and dose rate. The DMC-2000S also includes audible and visual alarms, as well as utilizing a standard calculator battery CR2450 (LiMnO²) with a one year battery life. The DMC-2000S personal geiger counter is shock, vibration, and drop resistant, and can be easily worn in your pocket with a replaceable clip.

NOTE: Radiation meters are a special purchase item to address the needs of our customers and are non-refundable, with the exception of products that are not functioning due to manufacturer defects. Replacement for defective items must have trouble-shooting performed by our technical department prior to RGA approval.

The DMC-2000S Radiation Detector Monitor includes an easy to read LCD screen that displays the dose rate, accumulated dose rate, as well as programmable alarms and battery life remaining. Displays in integers, tenths, milli-rem (mR), or milli-Sievert (mSv) (See Below).
