The Everpure 4CB5 EV9617-11 Filter Cartridge filter finely polishes water for foodservice, vending machine and coffee service applications. The EV9617-11 has a 6,000 gallon filter capacity.

- Carbon Block Filter. Thousands of tiny pores in the carbon filter make this filter highly absorbent and efficient in removing contaminants and impurities such as chlorine and VOCs, dirt and sediment, leaving finely polished water for high quality beverage and food applications.
- Reduces Chlorine Taste and Odor. The taste of chlorine in water can be traced back to water treatment plants. The EV9617-11 filter reduces the smell and taste of chlorine and other offensive contaminants such as moldy and earthy tastes that can adversely affect the appeal of ice, cold and beverages.
- Quick and Convenient Twist-Off Filter Cartridges. The EV9617-11 filter features a quick-change filter head eliminating the hassle of changing your filter. No electrical connections make installing and replacing your filter cartridge simpler than ever!
- Fine 5 Micron Filter Rating. The 5 micron nominal rating filter ensures that extra fine dirt and particles will be removed from your drinking water to provide the cleanest water possible.
- Used in Medium Pressure Areas. The EV9617-11 is good for medium flow and water pressure areas and low volume applications.
- NSF/ANSI 42 Tested and Certified. The EV9617-11 filter meets NSF/ANSI 42 standards. NSF 42 standard establishes the minimum requirements for the reduction of contaminants such as chlorine taste and odor.
- When installing, allow 2-1/2" clearance below cartridge for cartridge replacement
- Do not exceed recommended service flow rate of 1.67 gpm
- Flush filter cartridge by running water through cartridge for several minutes to purge air and possible carbon fines
- Change cartridges on a regular 6 month preventative maintenance basis
