- The DF290-CL Filter System was formerly labeled as Aqua-Pure DF290-CL.
- One system with dual outlet connections simultaneously supplies cold beverage dispensers and ice machines/coffee brewers.
- Includes two HF90-CL filter cartridges and one HF90-S-SR5 filter cartridge.
- Revolutionary Integrated Membrane Pre-Activated Carbon Technology (IMPACT) dual-zone media cartridge construction combines a membrane in series with premium activated carbon to provide superior throughput and cartridge life.
- Stream One combines cyst, bacteria, chloramine, chlorine taste and odor and sediment reduction for a total volume up to 25,000 gallons at a flow rate of 2.66 gpm.
- Stream Two combines cyst, bacteria, and sediment reduction at a flow rate up to 5 gpm and the life of is 25,000 gallons. Chloramines, and/or chlorine are not reduced from this stream to preserve the disinfectant properties. A scale inhibition media is added to reduce the hard scale effects of calcium and magnesium ions.
- Built-in bacteria inhibitor intended to reduce fouling of media.
- System includes a pressure gauge and inlet shut-off valve for simple installation and operation.
- Cartridges used in this system are NSF certified
- NSF Standard 42 and/or FDA CFR-21 compliant materials
- Reduction of sediment and abrasive hard particles helps prevent equipment wear and helps extend the life of pumps, valves, orings and seals.
