These cartridges are easy to change and replace with their quick change design. These filters are built to last and can withstand thousands of water pressure cycles. The SGF-MXRC reduces chlorine, taste, odor, cyst, lead, turbidity. Swift Green SGF-MXRC refrigerator filters should be changed once every six months and have a capacity of 300 gallons. This cartridge has been certified to NSF Standard 42.
