The 887-005 Close Nipple is a fully threaded MPT fitting. This schedule 80 PVC fitting is designed to connect two female fittings leaving very little of the nipple exposed. The connection of this fitting is 2" MPT and it is recommended to use a nipple wrench for tightening and loosening to avoid damaging the fitting.
