The S2116-6 Drain Restrictor is an improved flow control for S1227RS membranes, which are commonly used in Microline TFC-4 RO Drinking Water Systems. Upgrade your existing Yellow Drain Restrictor to a more water efficient and reliable external flow control that is less prone to breakage and clogging.
Steps for installation:

1. Remove old Drain Restrictor Barb fitting from manifold drain port.
   
2. Trim off 2" of the open end 1/4' OD drain tube with old drain restrictor and discard.
   
3. Insert plug-in elbow fitting into the manifold drain port.
   
4. Insert 1/4" OD drain tube into the open end of new external flow control.
