The Aqua-Pure AP917HD-S Filter is a high-flow sanitary quick-change filter that is designed for the AP904 system. It reduces chlorine, taste, and odor, and has a scale inhibitor. This filter cartridge incorporates carbon block filtration with a non-woven blended pleat media and a scale inhibition media. All materials are FDA CFR-21 compliant. This filter has been rated to a 20 gpm peak flow rate, making it ideal for most residential and light commercial applications. It requires no activation, and has an o-ring type seal.
