The SharkBite® MAX UR256 Push-to-Connect Brass 90° Elbow is designed to join piping together without the need of soldering, glue, tape, or clamps. As you insert the pipe into this push-to-connect fitting the stainless-steel teeth clamp down tightly while the built-in O-ring compresses ensuring a leak-free seal. The 90° elbow is designed to connect two pieces of pipe, if the UR256 needs to be disconnected simply slip the disconnect tool behind the collet firmly and the fitting will disconnect. Unlike many plumbing connectors, SharkBite® fittings can be rotated after assembly to make installation quick and easy.
