The ET115-001 universal air gap provides a reliable connection for water softeners or water filters to a 1-1/2" standpipe drain. It can be installed using rigid PVC pipe or flexible tubing with adapters. The inlet fits 1/2" threaded PVC pipes or ET170 series adapters (-001 to -008, -017). For optimal performance, install at least 18" above the P-trap.

CAUTION:
Use an approved ABS to PVC transition cement such as Oatey or Hercules which is NSF Certified and meets ASTM D 3138 when connecting to PVC pipe. No additional instructions are provided with this product.
