The CH20520 is a replacement connector kit for WellMate pressure tanks. The connection for this kit is 1" MNPT and is extremely easy to install. If you choose to install the kit yourself please remember that all plumbing should be in compliance with local codes and standards.

Installation Instructions:

1. Turn off electrical power to pump at control box
2. Drain & depressurize system of water and air pressure and remove tank
3. Place tank in vertical position on a level surface. The base should be fully supported
4. Attach threaded connector to manifold or tank tee (see #4 in drawing below)
5. Lubricate o-ring with lube packet and press tank drain into the plastic connector used in step 4 (see #5 in drawing below)
6. Insert red H-clip to lock fitting drain assembly (see #6 in drawing below)
7. Connect all plumbing lines
8. Be sure to use an adequately sized pressure relief valve and installed it on the inlet line to the tank
9. Check and adjust precharge air pressure of the tank while it's empty. Replace air stem cap, and firmly tightening the air stem
