Granular Activated Carbon

Effective bad taste & odor and chlorine taste & odor reduction.  A common complaint of all types of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filters is pressure drop (typically 5-7 psid @1 gpm), reduced flow and water forming channels thru the GAC media which results in less contact time and absorption.  For superior performance we recommend carbon block filters.
