Shipping Policy

For Continental US, orders are shipped via FedEx or US Mail.  Shipping rates are based on our cost and depend upon weight and destination.

Next-day/2nd-Day Air Orders: When selecting expedited shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping Estimates: are available from the first page of the shopping cart.  Simply enter your zip code, select residential or commercial, and click get “estimate shipping” to get an estimate based on the items in your cart and the destination zip code.  Estimates will be shown for all available shipping methods.

Shipping Options:
During the checkout process you will be able to see the exact shipping cost for each method and the estimated transit time.  Several options will normally be available:

FedEx Home Delivery:	Delivery to residential addresses Tuesday-Saturday between 9am – 8pm, 1-7 business day transit time.
FedEx Ground:	Delivery to business addresses Monday-Friday during business hours, 1-7 business day transit time.
FedEx 3rd Day:	Delivery in 3 business days by 4:30pm to most areas (7pm to residences).
FedEx 2nd Day:	2nd-business-day delivery by 4:30pm to most areas (7pm to residences).
FedEx 2nd Day AM:	2nd-business-day delivery by 10:30am to most areas (noon to rural areas)
FedEx Next Day (by 3pm):	Next business day delivery by 3pm to most areas (4:30 to rural areas)
FedEx Next Day (by 10:30am):	Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 am to most areas (later for rural)
FedEx Next Day (by 8am):	Next-business-day delivery between 8-10am.
US Mail Shipping (When applicable):	2-3 day shipping via USPS.
Economy Shipping (When applicable):	1-7 day shipping via FedEx or USPS.

Saturday Delivery: For urgent orders, this service is available to business addresses (in most areas) for a $25 fee.  Please call customer service to request this option.

Tracking:  You will receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as it ships.  You can also track the status of your order by clicking the “Order Status” link in your confirmation email, or from our Order Status page (no login is required).

Backorders: Next Day/2nd Day orders will be notified the same day. Ground orders will be notified by email within 1 business day if an item on your order is not in stock.  Please make sure we have a current phone number to reach you if there is a problem with the order.

Promotional Shipping Offers (Free Shipping or $1.99):  Orders that qualify for promotional shipping rates ($1.99 or Free Shipping) will be shipped via the most cost effective method.  Be advised that transit times can be 7-10 business days.  Also be sure to note your order with a PO Box if you cannot receive USPS.  If FedEx Ground/Home Delivery is also offered, you may select this option to upgrade your shipping.  Oversize / Overweight charges may still apply to some items and orders containing these items are not eligible for $1.99 shipping.  Some products are also excluded from $1.99 shipping such as Everpure OCS, Everpure Food Service, water coolers, water fountains, well tanks, distillers and RO/UV systems.

Oversize/Overweight Items: Additional charges may apply to oversize items such as storage tanks, UV systems, and water coolers.  These charges will be included in the shipping rates that are calculated during checkout.

Freight / LTL:  Orders over 150lbs will be offered freight shipping.  A freight shipment will arrive by truck and will require a loading dock.  If the destination address does not have a loading dock, choose the “Freight w/ Lift Gate Service” option during checkout.  The freight estimates presented during checkout are our best estimate but additional charges may apply for limited access addresses, etc.  Please make sure to use a business address to save money.  All freight quotes are for business to business and may vary if your address is classified to be a limited access area. Limited Access is classified as the following: churches, colleges, construction sites, military base/installations, prisons, schools, residential, universities, rural locations and farms.  

Tips for Saving on Shipping: 
Signature Service: We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders if signature service is not requested. Signature service is complimentary to commercial addresses.

Tax Rates:  We are required by law to collect sales tax in the State of South Carolina. Tax rates will vary by locality within SC.

FedEx Transit Times: See estimated Ground Service delivery times below.  Transit times are our best estimate and are not guaranteed.  Please allow extra time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, rural locations and PO boxes.
