COVID-19 Letter
Dear Fresh Water Systems Guests and Partners,
Alongside many of you, we have been vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak.
We’ve implemented measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees at our offices and in our warehouses. Our water specialists, guest services department, supply teams, and warehouse staff are working diligently to ensure that our valued customers continue to receive exemplary service and timely deliveries during this unprecedented time. Our teams are ready to assist you with any questions you have in the face of this ever-evolving situation.
We have closely followed the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and our local government’s guidelines and recommendations. We have transitioned the majority of our staff to work remotely to further limit possible exposure. We have implemented daily cleaning and maintenance of our warehouse, communicated social distancing policies to our onsite and offsite workers, as well as other protocols to ensure that all of our employees are safe during this time.
