Rainshow'r RS-505 Shower Filter

Part Number: RS-505

The Rainshow'r RS-505 dechlorinating shower filter's proprietary KDF formula blend provides a better performance per ounce of KDF than other shower filter on the market. This Breakthrough Design captures solid particulate matter at the inlet in a sediment trapping screen to lessen the effects of water-borne contaminants on the KDF dechlorinating media, extending filter life. Its High Quality Polycarbonate Housing is specially engineered to be long lasting and durable, making the RS-503 the most trouble-free shower filter available. The RS-505 shower filter is a sealed unit and comes with a back flush adapter so it can be reversed once a month or so to flush out collected contaminates and particulate matter. The life of this unit is approximately 12 to 15 months. Shower filters in this RS-500 series are units that we can modify to accommodate particular water conditions such as low water pressure (RS-503), medium water pressure (RS-505) and or where there is a high level of contaminates in the water.

Warranty Information: One year warranty on filter body and 90 days on filter cartridges. Estimated cartridge life is 9 to 12 months for a family of four. Excessive sediment in your water may reduce life of cartridge.
NOTE:  We recommend a pressure gauge to check PSI.  If there is not one available, you can check for low pressure by holding your thumb over the faucet aerator with the water turned on.  If you can hold the water in, then your water pressure is low.  If you cannot, then you have standard pressure and would want to order the RS-502.
