Neo-Pure MBG-45200-01 is a High Efficiency 4-1/2" x 20" Polypropylene Sediment Depth Filter, which is a reliable and economical solution for pre-filtration in many applications. Ideal applications range from, SDI (service deionization) systems, and CDI (continuous deionization) systems, to reverse osmosis systems. The 4-1/2" x 20" sediment depth filter, like FCRO cartridges, offer greater surface area for longer life and greater dirt holding capacity. Neo-Pure MBG-45200-01 filters are listed for food contact applications in Title 21 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.

NSF/ANSI 42 Tested and Certified. The MBG-45200-01 filter meets NSF/ANSI 42 standards for material safety.

Meltblown Polypropylene Filter Media. A meltblown polypropylene filter does not require any glues or additives ensuring no foaming, discoloration, or other undesirable effects in your drinking water. Also, polypropylene has a high level of chemical resistance meaning water with less chemical contaminants. 

Grooved Sediment Filter. Grooves in the filter membrane creates a greater surface area for high dirt holding capacity and an extended cartridge life.

Fine 1 Micron Filter Rating. The 1 micron nominal rating filter ensures that extra fine dirt and particles will be removed to provide the cleanest water possible.
