Economical Rusco sediment trapper filters with polyester filter screens are cleanable and reusable for medium sized sediment reduction.
Rusco sediment trapper with stainless steel filter screens have greater durability, are cleanable, and reusable for more difficult medium sized sediment filtering.
Economical Rusco chemically resistant sediment trapper filters with polyester filter screens are cleanable, reusable, and for removing medium sized particulates and debris from water with a high concentration of chemicals.
Rusco chemical resistance sediment trapper with stainless steel filter screens offer greater durability, are cleanable, and reusable for fine particulate and debris that is more difficult to rinse from water with a high concentration of chemicals.
The RUSCO Automatic Flush Valve must be flushed at least once daily and has an adjustable flush time with a minimum of 5 minutes. The valve automatically opens up every 24 hours and the dirt and debris is flushed to the drain.
The RUSCO Sediment Trapper Filters are economically priced, provide a high flow capacity, are easily flushed, provide tool-free access for cleaning and are equipped with a reusable filter screen and flush valve.
The RUSCO Sediment Trapper utilizes centrifugal force to separate the sediment from the water. The sediment trapper element is a specialized version of the spin-down sediment filter designed to allow debris to settle in the bottom of the clear cover, thereby "trapping" sediment away from your water and the screen. The valve at the bottom allows for the easy manual discharge of the sediment. During the operation of the filter, the sediment trapper filter can easily be seen through the clear housing. The sediment trapper differs from the standard spin-down filter in that it offers additional sediment reservoir capacity. The Rusco Sediment Trapper is recommended for applications where an abundance of sediment is expected.
This unique and remarkable filtration technology is designed to remove virtually all types of sediment, including shale, shell, debris, pipe scale, and sand/grit (course, fine, and very fine). There are several mesh sizes available to suit any sediment water filter application.
