PG-DIG Digital RO Tank Pressure Gauge TPG-100 Features:
Over time, the bladder of your tank will lose air pressure. This will cause your system to operate incorrectly. Use a Tank Pressure Gauge, such as this
PG-DIG Digital RO Tank Pressure Gauge to monitor the air pressure in your RO bladder tank.
- Measures 0-100 PSI
- Automatically shuts off after 15 seconds of no use
INSTRUCTIONSHow to use the PG-DIG Digital Pressure Gauge to test RO Tank air precharge:
- Turn “FEED" water off to RO System
- Remove valve cap on RO Tank (located on side, bottom or top)
- Drain RO Tank completely. Note: it may be necessary to add air to tank to drain completely
- Press "on" button on gauge until it reads 0.0
- Press firmly onto valve stem
- Remove and LCD will show pressure rating.
- Restore the correct empty tank air charge to 7 psi (use bicycle pump or other suitable pump). If water remains in the tank after air is pumped into the air valve, the diaphragm or bladder is likely ruptured and the entire tank (or replaceable bladder, if applicable) needs to be replaced.
- Gauge will turn off automatically
Note: Do not allow gauge to become WET
