Waterworks EZ Coliform Cult - MUG 487197 Features:

Waterworks EZ Coliform Cult-MUG is a presence/absence test for the simultaneous detection of total coliform and E. coli in water. The test works by detecting an enzyme produced by coliform bacteria and a specific enzyme produced by E. coli. Coliform Cult media is pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation, and is supplied in a 120ml bottle with screw cap.

TESTS FOR: Coliform Bacteria and E. coli
Media will turn clear yellow if coliform is absent and blue-green if present
Ideal for service technicians and home owners
Results in only 48 hours with no incubation required

Note: To confirm the presence of E. coli you will need to purchase a handheld UV light (part # NVF-4)
