Non Electric Water Softener |

|
Non electric water softeners, or time clock initiated control valves have been around for a long time. They are relatively simple to operate and maintain. Non electric water softening systems use a control valve that counts the number of day since the water softeners last regeneration cycle. As an example, if your valve is set to regenerate your time clock water softener system every five days, the control valve will initiate a regeneration cycle on the fifth day. To ensure the water softener does not run out of softening capacity due to high demand, an adequate reserve must be calculated and the estimated fixed interval reduced.
